Staff were friendly, always smiling and helpful. The indoor pool was amazing, we spent tons of time enjoying it despite the kids running around everywhere.

The rooms are in dire need of updates. many are dated and lacking basic maintenance, with old mattresses that are uncomfortable. Some bathrooms show signs of neglect, like mouldy tiles and old fixtures that can make you feel questionable about cleanliness. Parking isn’t specified, and arriving only to find additional charges can be irritating, especially when previously advertised options conflict with the reality. The reception area has water stains and ripped chairs, which might not set the right tone upon arrival. From personal experience, the lift could use some serious attention as it creaks, and the doors don't close properly, making you feel it could break down at any moment.

The spa area was stunning, and I loved the outdoor pool vibes! The Indian Head Massage was just the relaxation I needed. The entertainment was super fun.
